Eurowings GmbH is a low-cost German Airlines founded in 1996. It is headquartered in Dusseldorf and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Airlines. Smart Fare

This fare is curated to offer essential services to leisure and business travellers in one single fare. This low-cost standard fare includes numerous services 2 carry-on baggage weighing up to 23 kg, complimentary seat selection, status member benefits for Frequent Travellers, Senators, HON Circle members, priority boarding and airport check-in. However, passengers who have specific requirements like extra legroom seats, empty middle seats, or free flight change or cancellation, will have to pay extra for these additional services. As for Eurowings Airlines inflight meal service, customers can purchase snacks and drinks from the La Carte available on board.

BIZClass

Known as the Eurowings business class fare on Eurowings flight that offers luxurious service on board. Passengers travelling on BIZ class can experience utmost comfort of priority check-in at the airport, fast track security lanes, exclusive access to lounge at selected airports, inflight catering and empty adjacent seat. The airline allows passengers travelling in BIZ Class to take 2 cabin baggage along with 2 checked baggage weighing up to 32 kg. The BIZClass seats are made with plush leather with added pitch and legroom in 1-3 rows in the front of the aircrafts. Eurowings Baggage Allowance

Eurowings has two distinctions between hand baggage : Small and Large carry-on bags. Small hand baggage must not exceed the permitted dimension of 40 x 30 x 25 cm. Smart and BIZ class passengers can carry complimentary checked baggage 1 piece of baggage weighing 23 kg and 2 pieces of baggage weighing 32 kg respectively.

Eurowings Cancellation and Refund Policy

Eurowings Airlines offers flexibility and convenience of cancelling their flights without any hassle. That’s why the airline has a customer centric cancellation and refund policy. However, there are few regulations that passengers should abide by in case of cancellation. 

• The passengers can easily cancel the Eurowings Airlines flight within 24 hours of making the reservation to avoid any cancellation fee and to receive full refund. However, this policy is applicable only if the flight should be booked at least 7 days prior than the date of departure. 
• As per Eurowings Airlines cancellation policy, if a passenger fails to cancel their flight within 24 hours then a certain cancellation fee will be applicable depending upon the destinations and fare.

Eurowings Refund Policy

Eurowings Airlines refund policy ensures flexibility and assurance to customers. The refund policy helps customers seek appropriate refunds in case of cancellation, rebooking. However, the airline has regulations which need to be fulfilled by the passengers to be eligible for refund. 

• If a passenger cancels their Eurowings Airlines flight within 24 hours of booking the flight then the passenger is eligible to receive a full refund. However, the flight’s scheduled departure should be at least 7 days after the date of booking. 
• If the airline has voluntarily cancelled your flight, then passengers are eligible to receive either flight credit points for future travel or alternate flight to the particular destination. Along with this, as per Eurowings review passengers travelling in Eurowings Airlines have the right to be compensated as per the EU Aviation Regulation 261/2004 which allows passengers to have a complete refund. 
• According to Eurowings flight delay compensation policy, passengers are entitled to receive a compensation of up to €600 in case if the flight reached the destination 3 hours late then scheduled arrival timing.
