Main Basic Fare

• As per cancellation policy, the main basic fare class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• However, passengers can initiate cancellation and receive full refund as per the guidelines of Hawaiian Airline as long as they cancel their flight within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket and ensuring that the departure date is scheduled at least 7 days after the purchase. 
• Main Cabin class is also ineligible to upgrade their ticket to Extra Comfort or Business/ First class. 
• As per Hawaiian cancellation policy, the cancellation fee can range up to 150 USD would be assessed during cancellation and remaining value of the ticket will be credited back to the passengers in the form of travel credit. 
• As per the airline, cancellation for flights originating from Australia will cost around $200 USD and no refund will be offered neither in the original form of payment nor future travel credit. 
• Flights originating from Japan are also subject to cancellation fees of $200 USD. 
• Flights originating in Korea are subject to $250 USD as cancellation fee and no refund will be given neither in form of original payment nor in form of travel credit.

Hawaiian Airlines Refund Policy

There are certain eligibility criteria when it comes to requesting a refund on Hawaiian Airlines. 

• The ticket must be issued by the airline only starting with 173 ticket serial number. 
• If a passenger is cancelling the flight without travelling then the airline will refund the value of the ticket minus the cancellation fee to the original payment method. 
• No refund will be issued as per the refund policy for surrendered tickets after 12 months from the date of issuance.
