Wizz Go

Wizz Go includes seat selection, a trolley bag of maximum measurement of 55 x 40 x 23 cm with maximum weight of 10kg and one checked baggage weighing 20 kg with total dimension of 149 x 119 x 171 cm. Wizz Plus or Wizz Family Plus

Wizz Plus is for those passengers who like to travel in comfort of full service. This fare type includes a bundle of extras services at a discounted price for extra comfort and flexibility. The airlines plus seats include premium seat selection with extra legroom space, along with Wizz Flex feature that allows you to change your flight itinerary in case of emergency. 

The airline also offers priority service which includes priority check-in and boarding. Passengers travelling Wizz Plus can also carry an extra trolley bag weighing 10 kg along with a free carry-on bag with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 20 cm. Wizz Air Check in Facilities

The policy is quite flexible and offers multiple ways to check-in. 

Passengers can check-in 24 hours to three hours before the scheduled departure. The easiest way to check-in is via the official website of the airline or you can complete check-in at the airport. 

  • Passengers can check in for Wizz Air online either through 30 days up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure. 
  • As per Wizz Air check-in policy, the airport check-in starts 2 hours and closes 40 minutes before departure. However, check-in time may vary depending on the airports.

Wizz Air Cancellation Policy

Wizz Air has a flexible yet strict cancellation policy that enables customers to cancel their flight without hassle. There are certain regulations that you must follow before cancelling your flight.

  • For round-trip flights, if you cancel your flight from one way, the other will be cancelled automatically. And if the first flight has departed then cancellation will not be applicable for the second flight. 
  • Cancellation of flight is applicable until three hours prior to departure of the flight for one way trips. You are not allowed to cancel after the standard time otherwise your request for flight cancellation will not be applicable.
  • You can cancel your flight ticket 14 days before departure. And to ensure full refund, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of € 65.00 only. 
  • According to Wizz Air Cancellation policy, voluntarily cancelling your flight within 14 days before departure, then you will have to pay a much higher cancellation fee of up to € 85 and you might not receive any refund on your purchase.

Wizz Air is a Hungary-based airline registered with the European Union. Thus  follows the guidelines of the European Union for all flights to or from Europe.

  • If your flight is cancelled by the airline, then you will either receive a full refund or you will be rebook on an alternate flight.
